Penn State To Host 2023 Offensive Tackle Joshua Miller This Weekend

No. 7 ranked Penn State returns to action this weekend as they host Illinois (2-5) for a Noon Kickoff at Beaver Stadium. The Nittany Lions will look to rebound from their disappointing 23-20 loss at Iowa and they’ll likely do so as they are currently -23.5 point favorites over Illinois.

As is normally the case with home games, the Nittany Lions coaching staff will be hosting various recruits during the game. One of the players making his way to State College is a big offensive line target for the Class of 2023.

Offensive tackle Joshua Miller (6’6″, 325) from Life Christian Academy in Chester, Virginia will be making an unofficial visit this weekend. Miler is currently a Rivals 3-star recruit with offers from Penn State, Arizona State, Boston College, Clemson, Florida State, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan State, North Carolina, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Nebraska and Virginia Tech.

This will be Miller’s third visit to Penn State since June, as he made trips in June and July. A couple of weeks ago, Miller made an unofficial visit to Clemson for their game against Boston College.

Penn State currently has third early commitments for their Class of 2023, including one from Virginia 4-star offensive tackle Alex Birchmeier.
