**Penn State extends an offer today to 2023 4-star athlete Robby Washington from Killian High School in Miami, Florida. Washington (5’10”, 166) was previously committed to Miami (FL) but has since changed his mind. Washington currently holds other offers from Alabama, Boston College, Kentucky, Miami, Ole Miss, Pitt, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Virginia.
