The Penn State men’s basketball team hopes to get back into the win column as they prepare for a cross-country, two-game road swing against Washington and Oregon.
PSU will play the Huskies Wednesday, Feb. 11 and the game will air live on the Big Ten Network with a tip slated for 10:30 P.M. EST.

Washington is led by coach Danny Sprinkle who’s in his second year at the helm for the 12-12 Huskies.
6′-11″ freshman forward Hannes Steinbach, leads the Huskies in both scoring and rebounding at 17.5 ppg. and 11.2 rpg.
He’s followed by 6′-4″ sophomore guard Zoom Diallo, who comes in averaging 14.9 points per game. and leads the team in assists at 4.5 per game.
Wesley Yates III is also a 6′-4″ sophomore guard and he is scoring 13.8 ppg.
Desmond Claude (13.3 PPG), a 6′-6″ senior guard, rounds off the Huskies’ double-digit scorers.
After playing Washington, Penn State makes its way to Eugene, Oregon to take on the Ducks.
That game will tip at 3:00 P.M. EST and will also air live on the Big Ten Network.
The 8-16 Ducks’ coach, Dana Altman, is in his 16th season for Oregon.
Oregon is led by 7′-0″ senior center Nate Bittle, who is averaging 16.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
6′-1,” junior guard, Jackson Shelstad, comes in next at 15.6 ppg. while dishing out 4.9 apg.
Kwame Evans is a 6′-10″ junior forward leading Oregon in rebounds at 7.0 rpg. and is also tallying 12.8 ppg.
Takai Simpkins rounds out the Ducks’ double-digit scorers at 12.6 ppg. The 6′-4″ senior guard is also averaging 2.8 rpg. and 2.1 apg.
The 10-14 Nittany Lions are led by the trio of Freddie Dilione V. (14.5 ppg), Kayden Mingo (13.4 ppg) and Josh Reed (10.5 ppg), who are all averaging double-digits in points.
Penn State is coming off a heartbreaking, last second, 77-75, loss to the USC Trojans.
The Blue & White is hoping to go into the Pacific Northwest and come back into the Northeast fresh from a victorious, West Coast road trip.
