Piscataway, NJ – Penn State bowl hopes will be thin at quarterback against Rutgers as true freshman Bekkem Kritza is out today, paving the way for senior wide receiver Liam Clifford to back up starter Ethan Grunkemeyer
The other major note is the running back situation beyond seniors Kaytron Allen, Nick Singleton, and redshirt sophomore Cam Wallace as running backs Quinton Martin Jr., Corey Smith, and Tikey Hayes are available for Rutgers.
Making his return is freshman EDGE Chaz Coleman, who has not played since Ohio State.
Coleman has been primarily used as a pass rusher on 94.5% of his snaps where he has earned the second highest PFF grade on the team for pass rush with 91.4.
