Penn State Sights and Sounds: Stiff Arm Drills, Featuring Drew Allar

UNIVERSITY PARK— Penn State is only 11 days away from opening what many feel is the most anticipated Penn State season in more than 30 years.

Tuesday evening was the media’s last chance to see Penn State practice before fall camp ends.

Among other things, NSN’s Joe Smeltzer was there to capture Penn State’s skill players participating in stiff-arm drills.

One of those plays was starting QB Drew Allar.
