In recruiting news, one of Philadelphia’s top players in the Class of 2026 has scheduled a visit to Penn State.

On3 grades him with a 92.22 rating as the third-best athlete and player in Pennsylvania. The recruiting site ranks him as the No. 98 player in the class and predicts O’Brien to land at Penn State.
