Penn State Nittany Lions forward Puff Johnson left Wednesday’s game against the No. 12 Michigan State Spartans with a right hand injury.
on BTN, Andy Katz says the the Penn State staff is “disheartened” by the prognosis on Puff Johnson, who exited with an apparent right hand injury: “It’s not good. They feel awful for Puff. He’s not going to return. No official diagnosis.”

Johnson left at the 8:16 mark of the first half and went to the locker room to be evaluated. Per Andy Katz, the results were disheartening.
