Update (11:34 a.m.)— **Ezekiel Xavier Marcelin Jr. (2025) was at the Blue-White Game. Marcelin is a four-star 6-foot-1, 200-pound LB from Florida’s Miami Central High School. PSU offered him last May. He also has offers from schools such as Auburn, Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska, Pitt, SMU, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCF and West Virginia.

Update (11:18 a.m.)— Luca Lopez was at Beaver Stadium for the Blue-White Game. Lopez (2025) is a 6-foot-3, 270-pound DL from the Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey. He has an offer from West Virginia.
Update (11:10 a.m.)— **Dougherty’s teammate, Kiyon Delts, was there for the spring game. Delts is a DB. Penn State has had success with Lackawanna transfer DBs before, with Jaquan Brisker and Ji’Ayir Brown each transferring to Penn State and then making it to the NFL.
Update (11:02 a.m.)— **Kevin Dougherty Jr. was at the Blue-White Game. Dougherty (2025) is a 6-foot-3, 250-pound ATH from Lackawanna Community College.

He also has offers from schools such as Alabama, Duke, Georgia, Indiana, NC State, North Carolina, Pitt, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
