‘50 BURGER!’: Twitter Reaction From Penn State’s Domination of Maryland

Penn State RB Kaytron Allen reminds Maryland’s Ja’Quan Shepard of the score.

College Park, Maryland— Simply put, Penn State took care of business Saturday.

PSU won, 51-15 and dominated almost the whole game. The team led 21-7 at halftime, and didn’t make life any better for Maryland in the second 30 minutes.

Penn State is now 46-3-1 against Maryland overall, 8-2 in the James Franklin era and hasn’t lost in College Park since 1961. For perspective, that’s when John F. Kennedy was president and Joe Paterno was an assistant at PSU.

Here’s what the people of Twitter had to say about the game.
