Then, the impending arrivals of Oregon and Washington changed things.
As a result, Penn State will now be playing USC in LA, not Happy Valley.

Along with USC, Penn State plays Minnesota, Purdue and Wisconsin away. As for the home schedule, the team hosts Illinois, Maryland, Ohio State, UCLA and Washington. Penn State hasn’t played at Minnesota since 2019 and hasn’t played at Wisconsin since 2021. The team played at Purdue last season to open its campaign under the lights on a Thursday night.
UCLA will be playing at Beaver Stadium for its first time in the Big Ten. Illinois will be coming to Happy Valley for the first time since stunning Penn State in nine overtimes two autumns ago. Maryland will be playing Penn State for the 11th straight season, and Ohio State and Washington represent the school’s two biggest home matchups.
