‘Good Teams Win, Great Teams Cover’: Twitter Reaction From PSU’s Win, Backdoor Cover at Northwestern

EVANSTON, IL— Good teams win, great teams cover.

Penn State turned the ball over for the first time this season and trailed— twice— in the first half.

But not only did Penn State recover to beat Northwestern, it covered a four-touchdown spread, winning 41-13.

A 30-yard touchdown pass from backup QB Beau Pribula to Trey Potts in the game’s final minute put Penn State ahead in Vegas. Here’s what Twitter had to say about the latest Penn State win.
