It won’t be long until fans can find Roman Bravo-Young on a wrestling mat again.

The two-time NCAA champion, who now trains at the Nittany Lion Wrestling Club, announced that he will be competing for Mexico in an attempt to qualify for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Bravo-Young will attempt to get a spot at 57 kilograms.

Most recently, RBY competed in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu match at UFC Fight Pass Invitational against Alex Perez back on June 29. The match ended in a draw.

Bravo-Young will be eligible to wrestle in the 2024 Pan-Am Olympic Games qualifier and the World qualifier before the Olympics in July 2024.
