**New England signed two of Franklin’s former players, QB Trace McSorley and tight end Mike Gesicki, this offseason.
🏈 Bill Murray and Jake Andrews rotated at RG with starting offense and Mike Onwenu out.

Update (3:59 p.m.)—
**Jameer Grimsley (2024) took his official visit to Penn State this weekend. Penn State was the first Power Five school to offer Grimsley, a four-star CB from Florida’s Tampa Catholic High School. Grimsley took an official visit to North Carolina the previous weekend. Next weekend, he plans to be at Florida State, and he has consecutive visits scheduled to Alabama and Michigan after that.

**John-Patrick Oates was in Happy Valley for Sunday’s Elite Showcase II. Oates (2026), is a 6-foot-3, 197-pound WR/OLB from Philly’s LaSalle College High School, the same alma mater as PSU standout linebacker Abdul Carter.

**Tony Williams was at Penn State’s Elite Showcase II Sunday. Williams (2025) is a four-star ATH from Florida’s Palm Beach Central High School. Penn State offered the 6-foot-2, 190-pounder in late January. He also has offers from schools such as Kentucky, Louisville, Pitt, Rutgers and UCF.

**Demari Clemons was at Penn State Sunday for the school’s second Elite Showcase of the summer. Clemons is a 5-foot-10, 150-pound cornerback from Buffalo’s Sweet Home Senior High School, which he helped to a state championship this past season. Penn State offered Clemons (2026) in March. He also has offers from Buffalo, Michigan, Michigan State, Pitt, Syracuse and West Virginia.
