Penn State’s travel roster for Rutgers is out.

Here it is.

No. 1: WR KeAndre Lambert-Smith 

No. 2: S Keaton Ellis

No. 3: CB Johnny Dixon

**Parker Washington is not on the roster. Penn State’s leading receiver will not play against Rutgers.

No. 5: CB Cam Miller

No. 5: WR Mitchell Tinsley

**Cornerback Joey Porter Jr. is not on the roster and will miss his second straight game.

**Flowers is a true freshman who wasn’t on the travel roster for the Indiana game.

**Driver, a true freshman, is a receiver for Penn State who is also capable of playing safety. He was seen warming up with the defensive backs today.
