Bo Nickal, a four-time All-American wrestler and three-time national champion at Penn State, made his professional UFC debut Friday night in Richmond, Virginia, and it didn’t disappoint.
Nickal knocked out John Noland in 32 seconds, and is now 1-0 as a pro.

Nickal won both of his amateur fights and got his first opportunity as a pro through fighter Jorge Masvadal’s Ikon Fighting Championship. The event was called “Ikon FC 3.”
Nickal’s wife, Maddie— another Penn State All-American— was there to watch and, before long, celebrate.
“I feel great,” Nickal said in his post-fight interview. “I’m just so grateful that I have a great team around me.”
