**Penn State has offered to Jaylen Hornsby, a 6-foot-3, 185-pound receiver from Overbrook High School in Clementon, New Jersey. Hornsby also has offers from Temple and UConn.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Malachi Toliver (2024), a 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive tackle from Cartersville High School in Cartersville, Georgia. Toliver has 11 other offers, including from Louisville, Miami, Michigan, South Carolina and West Virginia.
