**Penn State has offered Joshua Moses, a freshman at Legacy the School of Sport Sciences in Spring, Texas.

Update (7:28 PM)—

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Armondo Blount, becoming the 17th program to offer the 6-foot-3, 230-pound freshman defensive lineman from Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Schools that have offered Blount include Miami, Ohio State, Pitt, Syracuse and Tennessee.
