**Penn State has offered Davi Belfort, a touted QB from the class of 2025. Belfort is a 6-foot, 180- pounder from Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale. He has 18 other offers, from schools such as Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State, Miami and Georgia.

Update (10:43 AM)—

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Creed Whittemore (2023), a three-star ATH from F.W. Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Florida.

Whittemore has 15 other others, from schools such as Florida, Miami, Central Florida, West Virginia and Michigan. Both of 247Sports’ “Crystal Ball” projections have him staying local and committing to Florida.

**Davis de-committed from Louisville March 27 and picked up an offer from Penn State April 5. He’s a three-star small forward from Warren Central High School in Indianapolis.

Update (9:57 AM)—

**Lyons (2023) is a three-star defensive end (per 247Sports’ composite ratings) from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. Penn State offered him this past July, and he placed Penn State in his top five March 26.
