**Things seem to be looking up for Penn State’s pursuit of 2023 defensive end Jameial Lyons, a 6-foot-5, 245-pounder from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. Lyons announced that Penn State was in his top five last Friday night, and now, Blue-White Illistrutesd’s Ryan Snyder has him picking Penn State. Lyons shared the projection to his Instagram story, and his Instagram profile picture has him wearing a Penn State jersey.

**Penn State football has offered Vaboue Toure, a four-star 2024 safety from Irvington High School in Irvington, New Jersey.
The 6-foot-1, 185 pounder has 11 other offers from schools such as Pitt, Notre Dame, Alabama, Ole Miss and Florida State.

**Reynolds is a 5-foot-7, 165-pound running back and strong safety from Gateway High School.
Just a sophomore, Reynolds also has offers from Akron and Temple.
