A Penn State team finishing out a disappointing season will take on an upset-minded Rutgers Saturday afternoon at Beaver Stadium.
The Nittany Lions are looking to end the regular season on a high note after losing four of five, while Rutgers has a chance to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2014.
The Nittany Lions lost a tough 21-17 game to Michigan Saturday. The Scarlett Knights had a much better Saturday, pounding Indiana, 38-3.
The Nittany Lions are 17-point favorites, according to Caesars Sportsbook. Rutgers is 2-29 all-time against Penn State, with its most recent win coming in 1988. The other win came in 1918.
Since Penn State joined the Big 10 in 1993, the Nittany Lions are 7-0. Last year, Penn State beat the Scarlett Knights 23-7 in Piscataway.
