In football, Gallagher holds offers from Penn State, Pitt, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Notre Dame, NC State Ole Miss, Michigan, Michigan State, Maryland and Arizona State. In basketball, he holds offers from Penn State, Pitt, West Virginia Wake Forest, Rhode Island, Illinois, George Mason and Florida.
