**Thursday night, Penn State extended an offer to 2024 4-star wide receiver Keylen Adams from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Adams (6’2″, 180) is ranked by 247 Sports as the #1 prospect in Virginia, the No. 3 wide prospect and the No. 11 overall recruit in the Class of 2024. Adams also holds offers from Florida State, North Carolina, Maryland, Ole Miss, Pitt, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
