Hi, what are you looking for?

Penn State Basketball

Want to be PSU’s basketball coach? Here’s how you can apply

Penn State now has a job posting on its university careers page seeking a men’s basketball head coach. The posting surely must be part of some legal obligation the university has — postings for other coaching jobs also have appeared over the years — and it’s always kind of neat to see the language of what the school is looking for with such jobs.

Interim coach Jim Ferry has been considered a potential candidate for the job, but the Lions have dropped to 4-10 in the Big Ten and 7-11 overall, so Ferry would need a miracle finish to have any realistic shot at this point.

Here is where you can find the job posting.

This is what Penn State is looking for, plus the qualifications needed.
