The Penn State men’s basketball program is always preparing for the near future.
Just in this past week, they have offered seven, young prospects to make their next home in State College.
Kingston Gould
Gould is a 6′-3″ (2028) guard out of Burkburnett, Texas who plays for Burkburnett High School. His scouting profile highlights him as an explosive shooter from three, plays the game the right way, moves with intention off the ball, great balance when finishing, good playmaker in transition and stellar mechanics. Plays with excellent pace and control while always remaining purposeful with his actions. Gould also has offers from Louisiana and California.
Aidan Carter
Carter (2028) is a 6′-7″ guard out of Fanwood, New Jersey who plays for St. Joseph High School. Per 247Sports, the 4-Star prospect is the No. 3 ranked player in New Jersey and the No. 66 player in America. His scouting profile says the thing that separates him from a lot of other people that play point guard is he’s 6′-7″ and with his length it gives him the ability to see over traps and guys. Also, his decision-making is great and that with his height makes him really different. Carter is a student of the game and takes pride in his decision-making. Carter also has an offer from La Salle.
Peyton Kemp
Kemp (2027) is a 6′-2″ point guard out of La Porte, Indiana who plays for La Lumiere School. He is rated the No. 6 overall player in Indiana and the No. 156 player nationally, per 247Sports. Kemp runs the floor with poise, displaying advanced court vision, decision-making, and ball-handling. He can orchestrate an offense, create for teammates, and manage pace at both ends. Kemp also has offers from Florida State, Xavier, Rutgers, Arkansas State, Old Dominion and Jacksonville.
Tyylon Ennis
Ennis (2028) is a 6′-1″ point guard out of Pearland, Texas and plays high school ball for Pearland High School. He is seen as a prospect who is a pass first point guard with three level scoring ability and is a good on-ball defender. Ennis also has offers from Syracuse, UTSA and UT Arlington.
Kyle Hunter
Hunter (2028) is a 6′-4″ shooting guard from Detroit, Michigan who plays for Voyageur Academy. He brings excellent positional size for the backcourt along with the versatility to impact the game in multiple ways. Hunter’s ability to handle the ball, score from multiple levels, and play either guard spot makes him a matchup problem for opposing defenses. Hunter also has offers coming in from Nebraska, Bowling Green, Detroit Mercy, Kent State, Cleveland State and Central Michigan.
Malik Moore
Moore (2028) is a 5-Star prospect out of Plainfield, New Jersey who plays for Union Catholic Regional High School. The 6′-3″ point guard is the No. 1 rated overall prospect out of New Jersey and the No. 20 prospect in the country, per 247Sports. Moore is automatic from all three levels of the court and displays the ability to hit tough shots and create instant offense. He also contributes on the defensive side of the ball by creating turnovers. Others schools that have offered Moore are Hampton and Creighton.
Luca Federico

Federico (2028) is a 6′-6″ guard out of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania who plays high school ball for Chartiers Valley High School. With his size, he is able to score from the inside and outside and from all three levels on the court. Bigger defenders have to respect his perimeter skill. Smaller defenders have trouble with his long frame. Ton of upside. La Salle has also offered Federico.
