Where’s Penn State Stand in Latest 2024 Team Recruiting Rankings

The Penn State football machine is not only tearing it up on the field, but they also continue to bring in elite talent for their future teams.

On Monday, 2024 4-star defensive end Jaylen Harvey (North Potomac, Maryland) announced his commitment to James Franklin’s program.

Harvey becomes the 25th member of the Nittany Lions Class of 2024 and of those 25 players, 16 of them are rated as 4-star recruits.
