Penn State has eight commitments from the Class of 2023. Of those eight, four are four-stars, and offensive line prospect Alex Birchmeier is a five-star. A good indicator of whether or not Zinter will surprise and pick Penn State will be if coach James Franklin sends a “signal” tweet before noon
UPDATE: Zitner has committed to the University of Notre Dame.
