Penn Stateโ€™s offensive line hopes to have much greater success in 2022.

Whatever next season brings, Rasheed Walker wonโ€™t be a part of it.

The 6-6, 325-pound offensive tackle from Waldorf, Maryland announced via Twitter Monday that heโ€™s declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft.

โ€œThe last four years have been some of the best years of my life,โ€ Walker wrote. โ€œI met tons of great players and learned more about myself than ever.โ€

Walkerโ€™s performance earned him all-Big Ten honors in both 2020 and โ€˜21. Despite that, the offensive line play of he and fellow tackle Caeden Wallace drew criticism, particularly this past season.

โ€œThis has been a dream of mine since I can remember,โ€ Walker wrote. โ€œAnd I would like to thank you all for being a part of it.โ€
