Rodney Gallagher from Uniontown, Pa., will have quite a decision on his hands in a couple of years — whether to play college football or college basketball.
Or, maybe even both.
Gallagher, a class of 2023 recruit, received an offer Friday afternoon from the Penn State basketball program.
He already had a football offer from Penn State.
