After going undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft, Penn State’s Nolan Rucci, has signed an undrafted free agent (UDFA) contract with the Indianapolis Colts.
Rucci was primarily the starting right tackle during his time in State College.
He transferred from Wisconsin to Happy Valley before the 2024 season.
This past season, he appeared in all 13 games, starting 12 of them at right tackle.
The 6′-8,” 307 lb. native from Lititz, Pennsylvania was named All-Big Ten Honorable Mention (coaches) after the 2025 season and he also earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.
Rucci’s 2026 NFL Draft profile had him generally viewed as a 5th-7th round prospect who was valued for his size and versatility to play across the line.
His father, Todd, played offensive line at Penn State (1989-1992) and then for 8 seasons in the NFL (second-round pick of the Patriots in 1993).
Rucci joins a Colts’ program that finished 8-9 in 2025 and missed the postseason after starting the year with an 8-2 record.
