EA Sports “College Football 26” is set to drop early to “Deluxe” and “MVP” buyers July 7 and will release to the public three days later.
Video game leaker MUTLeaks (X account @MUTLeaksXXVI) the Top 100 highest rated players for the upcoming EA Sports release.
If MUTLeaks information is credible, video game players will find that six Penn State players will be among the Top 100.
According to the leaked information, the unofficial ratings for the six who made the Top 100 are for running backs Nicholas Singleton (93 overall), Kaytron Allen (92 overall), quarterback Drew Allar (92 overall), EDGE Dani Dennis-Sutton (92 overall), offensive lineman Vega Ioane (92 overall), and cornerback AJ Harris (91 overall).
The unofficial top rated player in the game is Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith (98 overall).
In reality, running backs Singleton (2,912) and Allen (2,877) are poised to challenge Evan Royster’s career mark in rushing yards (3,932) as well as being named the top running back unit in the country by Phil Steele.
Offensive lineman Ioane was a key component in aiding Singleton and Allen to a Big Ten leading 202.3 rushing yards per game in 2024.
Quarterback Allar is poised to raise his stock to the top of the 2026 Draft. The 6-foot-5, 240-pound senior earned a 79.1 Pro Football Focus passing grade in 2024, Allar’s NFL-caliber arm, despite the lack of talent at receiver had a 91.7 PFF passing grade on throws of 40 yards or more, which should be boasted by the infusion of talent from the transfer portal.
Defenders Dennis-Sutton, who is second amongst active Power 4 EDGE rushers with 75 pressures, and Harris, who allowed 0.76 yards per coverage snap, are anchors for Top 5 defensive line and secondary units.
Penn State opens the 2025 season against Nevada at 3:30 Aug. 30 in Beaver Stadium.
