J-Thomas was a multi-year honorable mention to the All-Big Ten Team by the media in 2023 and 2024 who appeared in 58 career games and started in 26 games.

J-Thomas compiled 94 tackles (44 solo), 13.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a pass breakup during his six seasons.
