**Penn State basketball’s offered Will Riley (2025), a 6-foot-7, 180-pound shooting guard from The Phelps School in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Riley also has offers from Arkansas, Kansas State, Oregon, Seton Hall, St. John’s, Villanova and Washington.

**Penn State basketball has extended an offer to Jahvin Carter (2024), a 6-foot-3, 175-pound shooting guard from Tennessee’s Alcoa High School. Carter also has an offer from Georgia Tech.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Devan Kennedy (2024), the son of Penn State legend Jimmy Kennedy. The younger Kennedy, a 6-foot-3, 245-pounder, is a defensive lineman like his dad. The three-star from Arizona’s Brophy College Preparatory also has offers from Bowling Green, Fordham, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon State and UTEP.
