Penn State has offered 2024 three-star athlete Kevin Levy (6-foot-1, 170-pounds) from Cardinal Newman High School in Riviera Beach, Florida. Rivals doesn’t rate him, but ESPN, On3 and 247Sports all list him as a three-star recruit. 247Sports and Rivals list him as a wide receiver though while the list him as an athlete.
Penn State is his 21st offer following Arkansas, Boston College, Charlotte, Florida, Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Liberty, Louisville, Marshall, Maryland, Miami, Minnesota, NC State, Pittsburgh, Texas A&M, Toledo and USF. 247Sports Crystal Ball currently has him committing to Florida.
