Lytton was removed from the Florida State roster in February of 2020 and did not play last season. It’s unclear exactly why Lytton was removed from the team.

This from the 247Sports story:

He left the Seminoles in February 2020 and returned home to take classes as a local community college. With his work set to be done in the next few days, Lytton is ready to head to Penn State this weekend. Classes start Monday, and he plans to be in one.

Lytton is the sixth player Penn State has added from the transfer portal. You can see all of the additions in our updated Roster Rumblings feature.
