Former Penn State basketball standout Tim Frazier has signed a deal to remain with the Memphis Grizzlies for the remainder of the NBA season.
Frazier, who has played in the NBA for seven seasons, initially signed a 10-day contract with the Grizzlies on Jan. 4 and appeared in three games. He then signed another 10-day contract April 14 but has not appeared in any games during that time.
Frazier will be on the NBA team’s roster the rest of the season, however, and the Grizzlies are battling for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.
In his three games this season, Frazier has scored four points with seven assists and one steal in 33 minutes.
