Penn State is the only winless team left in the Big Ten, which is unbelievable for a team that started the season No. 8 in the country.
Sure, fans can feel better about the team’s play in the second half and how backup QB Will Levis performed. But this is Penn State. This is not a program that should ever feel good — ever — after a loss of any kind when it plays so poorly in the first half.
Penn State (7th in the preseason AP poll) is the 4th team to start 0-4 after being ranked in the top-10 of the preseason AP poll and the first since the 1984 Pitt team.
