4-star DE Talley decommits from PSU … on a notable day

Ken Talley, a 4-star defensive end commit from Philadelphia, announced some surprising news Thursday on Twitter. Surprising because Talley has been all in on Penn State for a long time in the recruiting process.

Talley, a 6-foot-3, 230-pounder, is quite an entertaining presence on Twitter. He even goes by the nickname of “The Joker.”

So, naturally, someone with such a nickname could not let April 1 pass by without trying out a big prank.

Talley let his April Fool’s Day gag linger for about 20 minutes, eliciting numerous responses from fans, before revealing the truth.

Well played, Joker.
