Update (10:35 a.m.)— **Moving back to the offense, another Cam— Cam Wallace— is RB coach Ja’Juan Seider’s Competitor of the Day. Wallace is entering Year II after redshirting his freshman season.

Update (10:25 a.m.)— **Also in the secondary, Cam Miller is Terry Smith’s competitor of the day. The CB from Florida had an increased role in 2023, playing in eight of Penn State’s 13 games and starting the Peach Bowl against Ole Miss. He ended the year with 14 tackles (12 solo), two sacks, three tackles for loss and an interception.

Update (10:18 a.m.)— **Jaylen Reed is Competitor of the Day for the safeties room. Reed started eight of Penn State’s 13 games last season, ending the year with 29 tackles (20 solo), a sack, 2.5 tackles for loss, an interception and a pass breakup.

Update (10:06 a.m.)— **Tom Allen has named his first Competitor of the Day as Penn State’s DC/LB coach. It’s Schuylkill County’s own Tyler Elsdon. Elsdon played in 10 of Penn State’s 13 games last season, ending the year with 12 tackles (11 solo), a tackle for loss, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery.

Update (9:52 a.m.)— **Zuriah Fisher is the defensive line’s competitor of the day. After missing most of 2022 due to injury, the in-state product from Aliquippa had a strong 2023 season. He played in 10 of Penn State’s 13 games, ending the year with 14 tackles (nine solo), a fumble recovery and 2.5 sacks.

Update (9:41 a.m.)— **Nick Dawkins is the first Competitor of the Day for Penn State’s offensive line, as named by position coach Phil Trautwein. Dawkins appeared in 12 of Penn State’s 13 games last season.

Update (9:31 a.m.)— **Samari Reed was at Penn State this past weekend for the school’s Junior Day event. Reed (2025) is a 6-foot-3, 190-pound ATH from Monarch High School in Pompano Beach, Florida. Penn State offered him in October. He also has offers from schools such as Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Illinois, Indiana, Miami, Pitt, Texas A&M and West Virginia.
