Penn State University’s NIL collective, Happy Valley United, released a new partnership that looks to put more money in the pockets of PSU athletes Tuesday morning. This partnership joins forces with Yerbae on a Penn State-themed energy drink.
Happy Valley Blue Razz, an all-natural, zero sugar, zero calorie energy drink combines a dedication between Happy Valley United and Yerbae toward supporting student-athletes and fueling fans everywhere.
“Happy Valley United is channeling the energy of more than 750,000 alumni and students to find new ways to show their dedication to Penn State student-athletes, and Yerbae couldn’t be more excited to join them,” Yerbae co-founder and chief executive officer Todd Gibson said in a press release.
The Blue Razz flavor is an ode to the blueberries and raspberries that surround the State College community and the can design has some very familiar features fans will immediately identify.
“The iconic blue and white can design makes a clear statement of Happy Valley pride,” Gibson said.
This endeavor gives Penn State fans a non-alcoholic opportunity to support student-athletes through the Happy Valley United collective.
“Everyone in the Happy Valley community, students and alumni alike, can now channel their passion for supporting their student-athletes into a new energy drink thanks to Yerbae,” Happy Valley United General Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Development Jen Ferran said.
Happy Valley United continues to diversify the opportunities fans and the Penn State community have to get involved in supporting their favorite student-athletes and push NIL to another level for the Penn State
The partnership will help support Happy Valley United’s collective in raising NIL funds for all 31 varsity sports at Penn State and its 800-plus student-athletes.
