‘Best Program in the Nation’: Twitter Reacts to No. 1 Penn State Topping No. 2 Iowa

Penn State wrestling did what Penn State wrestling does Friday night against an elite opponent.

The top-ranked team in the land took on No. 2 Iowa in Happy Valley before a packed Bryce Jordan Center, and took care of business with a 23-14 win.

Penn Stater and Dallas Cowboys superstar Micah Parsons was there, as was Penn State wrestling legend and UFC up-and-comer Bo Nickal.

Parsons, Nickal and 15,996 others saw Penn State’s Roman Bravo-Young win his 45th consecutive match, pinning Iowa’s Brody Teske, who was once RBY’s teammate at Penn State.

The people of Twitter had plenty to say, and here are some of the highlights.
