Kadyn Proctor, a 2023 five-star offensive tackle will be visiting Penn State on the weekend of April 22-24. He will be on campus to view the annual Blue-White game on April 23 and will be in attendance with 2023 Alex Birchmeier, Jven Williams, Anthony Donkoh, Lamont Payne, Joey Schlaffer, Neeo Avery, Mega Barnwell, and Joshua Miller.

Proctor is a 6-foot-7, 330-pound offensive tackle out of Southeast Polk High School in Des Moines, IA. He is ranked the No. 1 offensive tackle and the No.5 recruit in the 2023 class according to 247 sports. Penn State is included in his top seven list of schools along with Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Oregon, Notre Dame. He is already a two-time all-elite performer in Iowa that pave the way for the Rams to finish in the top five in the state in rushing, scoring, and total offe

According to scouts, they compare Proctor to Tristan Whirfs offensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A tackle with excellent, height and length for the tackle position. Proctor can move in space that can make lead, pulls, and trap blocks with ease.

If Penn State can land Proctor to go along with Birchmeier, Williams, and Donkoh then that would be the best haul of offensive lineman in a single recruiting class in the history of Penn State.
