Parker enjoyed an impressive freshman season for Penn State last year, catching 36 passes for 489 yards and six touchdowns. He has tremendous upside and, along with Jahan Dotson, gives the Nittany Lions an excellent 1-2 punch at the wide receiver position.

Washington discussed a number of topics in his Zoom call Tuesday during spring practice.
