James Franklin made it clear Tuesday that he was going to stay positive and optimistic while addressing some tough but fair questions from the media.
Franklin’s team is 0-3, and the fan base is riled up to a high degree. Franklin understands that and understands what the issues are.
He talked about getting backup QB Will Levis some playing time. He talked about how the culture of the program has been good during the program’s success, so there’s also a need to look at the culture when things aren’t going well.
Franklin also spoke about how being away from his family has been tough on him. And he closed by answering a question regarding talking to his daughters about the first Black female, Kamala Harris, being elected vice president.
