**Some good news for PSU hoops. Sam Sessoms will be eligible after transferring from Binghamton. The Philly native is a big-time scorer, averaging 19.4 points last season at Binghamton.

Sessoms led the America East Conference in scoring last year. The 6-foot guard has two years of eligibility remaining.

Update: 5:30 p.m.

Update: 10:40 a.m.

**On this baseball item, I say no way. Bell had a -0.7 WAR and .669 OPS last season. His production dropped off a cliff from 2019. Pirates need to wait and see if he bounces back in 2021.

Update 10:20 a.m.

**Desmond Howard will broadcast remotely Saturday for the “GameDay” show at Penn State.
