Penn State women’s volleyball (6-0) moved up one spot to No. 20 in the AVCA coaches poll on Monday. The slight rise in the rankings comes after a 3-0 weekend in Louisiana in the Tiger Challenge where they defeated Iowa State, Troy and LSU.

Penn State lost only one set all tourney, against Iowa State. In their six wins all year they’ve lost just three sets total, and haven’t lost more than one set in a single match yet.
Setter Seleisa Elisaia has led the way with 11.24 assists set this season, the most in the Big Ten thus far. She was recently named Big Ten Setter of the Week after her performance in the Tiger Challenge.
Penn State will play two ranked matches this weekend in the Big Ten/Pac 12 Challenge against No. 11 Stanford and No. 18 Oregon. They will play Stanford on Friday at 6:00 p.m. and Oregon on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Both mat
