**Penn State has offered Caleb Mitchell Irving, a four-star 2024 defensive end from the Parish Episcopal School in Dallas, Texas. Irving is 6-foot-2, 230 pounds and has 18 other offers from schools such as Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma State, Baylor and Purdue.
