Lions land 3-star TE recruit Dinkins for class of 2021

Penn State picked up a commitment Wednesday afternoon from tight end Khalil Dinkins, a 3-star recruit from North Allegheny High School in Wexford, Pa.

Dinkins is 6-foot-3 and 2202 pounds. He chose Penn State over Pitt, Michigan, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Viginia and Michigan State, among others.

He is PSU’s 14th commit for the class of 2021.

“Experiencing being recruited by top coaches is something so amazing that I will never forget,” Dinkins wrote in his commitment message. “I am so very thankful for all the coaches that have shown interest in me these last few years. I would also like to thank my parents who have shaped me into the man I have become today.”

He went on to add: “With all my family’s love and support, I am very excited to announce that I Khalil Dinkins am 100% committed to Penn State University.”
