Update, 4:42 p.m.: Penn State has offered Brandon Baker, a 2024 MaxPreps All-American offensive lineman from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. Baker is 6-foot-5, 280 pounds and a four-star recruit who has offers from 13 other schools, including Michigan, Michigan State, Miami, Oregon and Texas.

Update, 11 a.m: Penn State has offered Class of 2024 offensive lineman Makai Saina from Martin High School in Arlington, Texas. Saina is 6-foot-4 and 275 pounds. He has previously received offers from Baylor, TCU and Texas Tech.
