Houston (6’3″, 210) is ranked by 247 Sports as one of the Top 100 sophomores in the country with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Georgia, Florida State, Kentucky, Michigan State and Ole Miss.

**Penn State football extends an offer to 2023 3-star offensive tackle Paul Mubenga from Buford High School in Buford, Georgia. Mubenga (6’4″, 280) also holds Power Five offers from Arkansas, Michigan, NC State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.

Update (7:34 AM)-
**Interesting offer made by the Penn State staff as they become the first program to offer freshman running back Tiqwai Hayes, from Aliquippa High School in Western Pennsylvania. In his first season, Hayes rushed for over 1500 yards and 18 touchdowns to help lead Aliquippa to the 4A WPIAL Championship. You’ll be hearing a lot more about the next star from tradition rich Aliquippa.
