Update (7:34 AM)-
**Interesting offer made by the Penn State staff as they become the first program to offer freshman running back Tiqwai Hayes, from Aliquippa High School in Western Pennsylvania. In his first season, Hayes rushed for over 1500 yards and 18 touchdowns to help lead Aliquippa to the 4A WPIAL Championship. You’ll be hearing a lot more about the next star from tradition rich Aliquippa.
