**2023 3-star offensive tackle Joshua Miller (Chester, Virginia) will make an unofficial visit on Saturday to Penn State. Miller (6’6″, 325) recently put Penn State in his Top 5, along with Clemson, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia Tech. Many believe Miller’s decision will eventually come down to Penn State and Clemson.
